Safe AI Gateway Adds kintone MCP Integration

Softcreate has added a new 'MCP integration' method to its generative AI service for enterprises, 'Safe AI Gateway,' enabling structural utilization of kintone data.

This enhancement allows for more stable responses to inquiries involving data aggregation and conditional extraction. While the traditional RAG method often struggled with tasks like status-based counting or conditional aggregation, MCP integration solves this by referencing the underlying data structure.

In addition, a 'Web Search (Simplified Search)' mode has been added to the web search agent. This prioritizes speed and cost efficiency, cross-referencing multiple sites to quickly grasp overviews, complementing the existing deep-research mode.

Furthermore, the service now supports Azure OpenAI Service's latest image generation model, 'GPT-Image-2.' Improved accuracy in Japanese text rendering makes it highly practical for creating banners and presentation materials.

These features were included in 'Safe AI Gateway ver.3.21' and became available on June 10, 2026.
