Fukuoka SoftBank Hawks Corporation (Headquarters: Chuo Ward, Fukuoka City; President & CEO: Yoshimitsu Goto) will open a new store of 'Kurume Tachibana Udon Onsho (Onso)'—a popular udon restaurant from Kurume—on the 3rd floor of the integrated entertainment complex 'BOSS E・ZO FUKUOKA' within The FOODHALL on Friday, July 31! We invite you to experience the delicious and fun new dining offerings at BOSS E・ZO FUKUOKA. Additionally, on nights when professional baseball night games are held at Mizuho PayPay Dome Fukuoka, the store will remain open until 23:30, making it ideal for post-game gatherings or second-round outings. Please enjoy a relaxed meal and conversation at The FOODHALL.

As a player collaboration menu item, 'Makibara Daisei's My Ultimate Tsumemi Noodles!!'—co-created by player Daisei Makibara, who designed both the toppings and the product name—will go on sale starting July 31.

Product Name: Makibara Daisei's My Ultimate Tsumemi Noodles!!

Product Features: A dipping udon served with noodles dipped into a sauce made by simmering house-made sansho oil and house-made tsuyu. Toppings include house-made salt-fermented chicken tempura, red ginger tempura, shiitake mushroom tempura, and a round tempura with Makibara’s player number branded on it. This luxurious dipping udon comes with two dipping sauces: one featuring Makibara’s favorite ingredient, oysters, and another with 'Darumu,' a beloved offal dish from Kurume.
