The concept of Charaxy Factory is 'The Birthplace. Where ∞ (infinite) characters are born.' It is an experiential store for the app 'Charaxy' (hereinafter, 'Charaxy'), which uses AI generation to transform illustrations and photos into professional designer-level original characters and merchandise. Created characters can be turned into products such as the popular 'Punimochi Sticker' (patent pending), known for its soft, squishy texture, as well as stickers, trading cards, and acrylic keychains.

Inside the store, visitors can enjoy the full experience of bringing a character to life from their own drawing, naming it, and taking it home as a physical product. Characters created by children and visitors from across Japan will gather in the store, aiming to create a new kind of character experience where visitors not only view their own creations but also feel their lasting presence.

Additionally, from July 1 (Wed) to July 12 (Sun), the Tanabata event 'Punimochi Milky Way' will be held. This family-friendly participatory project invites visitors to paste their self-created characters onto the store's walls to collectively form a 'Milky Way' across the entire wall. A planned feature allows visitors to select a favorite sticker from the wall and exchange it with their own.
