This initiative will contribute to operational efficiency and enhanced customer convenience through the digitalization of financial procedures. ■About @Connect @Connect was developed by our company in 2025 in response to the increasing demand for thorough customer information management by financial institutions due to recent strengthening of measures against financial crime. It offers a "Change of Notification" function that allows account holders to proactively change their registered information via smartphones using their My Number Cards, and a "Continuous Customer Management" function that enables financial institutions to automatically request account holders to confirm the latest status of their registered information. Since procedures can be performed anytime, anywhere with a smartphone or tablet, account holders can complete them without visiting a branch. Financial institutions can also utilize terminals at their branches for in-person procedures. Furthermore, by introducing @Connect, financial institutions enable account holders to change notification details for multiple accounts on the same platform.
