Effective July 1, 2026, SDB Group Co., Ltd. has absorbed and merged with its wholly owned subsidiaries, Social Data Bank Co., Ltd., Maneql Co., Ltd., and Arrow Link Co., Ltd. Furthermore, on the same date, the company name was changed to "Social Data Bank Co., Ltd.".

These three companies met in 2017 and have been promoting their businesses with the aim of expanding the market and maximizing value, each overseeing products such as "Liny," "L Step," and "Liny HR," which are marketing & CRM products centered around LINE.
