This event is held to provide a space where NPO organizations active in various fields can introduce their work, share the significance of participating in social contribution activities, and expand the circle of collaboration through participation, support, and cooperation. Once a month, we spend two hours listening in-depth to one organization. The first half consists of an introduction to the organization, and the second half focuses on a Q&A session. Anyone interested in social contribution activities, those who want to learn about NPOs, or those involved in intermediary support are welcome to participate!

≪Organization Overview≫
"A beneficial walking style for everyone!" Nordic Walking is a walking style originating from Finland that can be enjoyed regardless of age or physical fitness. The Tokyo Nordic Walk Federation aims to contribute to the health promotion of the public and the creation of a bright and prosperous society by holding workshops and trial sessions, as well as training instructors to promote and raise awareness of this activity.
◆ Target Audience: Nordic Walking is expected to be effective not only for sports and recreation but also for dieting, prevention of lifestyle-related diseases, rehabilitation, and nursing care prevention. Anyone who is even slightly interested is welcome to participate.
