"Beneficial walking styles for everyone!" Nordic walking is a walking style originating in Finland, Scandinavia, that can be enjoyed regardless of age or physical strength. The Tokyo Nordic Walk Federation aims to contribute to the promotion of national health and the creation of a bright and prosperous society by holding seminars and trial sessions, and training instructors to popularize and enlighten people about it.
