The Japan SME Support Corporation (President: Masashi Miyakawa, Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo) has launched a dedicated website titled 'Japan Sourcing Square: Discover Export-Ready SMEs (Shimukechi Change Square)' on its business matching platform 'J-GoodTech' on June 15, 2026. This initiative aims to create business matching opportunities between Japanese small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that already have overseas export and expansion experience and possess excellent products and services, and overseas companies, thereby further expanding international sales channels. Amid recent changes in the global trade environment, there is a growing demand among SMEs to flexibly shift or diversify their export destinations to pursue further overseas exports and international expansion. In response to this demand, the SME Support Corporation has established the 'Japan Sourcing Square: Discover Export-Ready SMEs (Shimukechi Change Square)' on J-GoodTech to introduce SMEs aiming to change their export destinations or explore new markets to overseas companies and Japanese trading firms with international distribution networks.
