The Hokuriku Regional Headquarters of the Organization for Small & Medium Enterprises and Regional Innovation, Japan (SMRJ), is recruiting tenants for the university-affiliated entrepreneur incubation facility, "Ishikawa University Collaboration Incubator" (nickname: i-BIRD). "Ishikawa University Collaboration Incubator" facility exterior 1. Facility Name Ishikawa University Collaboration Incubator 2. Location 570 Suematsu 3-chome, Nonoichi City, Ishikawa Prefecture 3. Publicly Offered Rooms (Total 9 rooms) ● Newly offered rooms: 2 rooms ● Currently offered rooms: 7 rooms (total) * The lease agreement period is generally a maximum of 5 years. * In addition to rent, a deposit equivalent to 3 months' rent (excluding tax) will be required. ● Common areas: Exchange lounge, meeting rooms, service corner, seminar room, shower room, refreshment room, elevator, pantry, etc. ● Other: Rent subsidy programs are available from Ishikawa Prefecture and Nonoichi City (conditions apply). 4. Application Acceptance Period For rooms 213 and 305, applications will be accepted from Monday, May 11, to Wednesday, May 20. However, if no applications are received during the aforementioned period, applications will be accepted sequentially. Applications for rooms other than those mentioned above are accepted sequentially. 5. Decision of Tenancy After receiving the facility lease application, SMRJ will conduct a review and decide on the tenant. For rooms applied for between Monday, May 11, and Wednesday, May 20, tenants will be decided after review, with an estimated timeframe of early June onwards. If no applications are received during the aforementioned acceptance period, applications will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis to decide the tenant. After the decision, the tenant will be required to pay a deposit equivalent to 3 months' monthly rent (excluding tax), the prorated rent for the month in which the facility becomes available for use, and the rent for the following month. Subsequently, SMRJ and the tenant will enter into a fixed-term building lease agreement, generally for a maximum period of 5 years. 6.
