Kobe Medical Device Development Center (MEDDEC) Resident Recruitment

The Organization for Small & Medium Enterprises and Regional Innovation (SMRJ) Kinki Headquarters is recruiting tenants for the "Kobe Medical Device Development Center (MEDDEC)," an incubation facility maintained and operated based on the Act on Strengthening SME Management.

1. Facility Name Kobe Medical Device Development Center (MEDDEC)

2. Location 7-1-16 Minatojima Minamimachi, Chuo-ku, Kobe, Hyogo Prefecture Access: Approx. 7-minute walk from "K Computer Mae Station" (Port Liner).

3. Application Period May 7 (Thursday) to May 18 (Monday), 2026. For mail, applications must arrive by May 18 (Monday). If rooms are not filled during this period, applications will be accepted on a rolling basis.

4. Available Rooms - Newly recruited: 1 room - Currently open: 1 room Total: 2 rooms Note: Rents include 10% consumption tax. Maximum contract period is 5 years. Security deposit is 3 months' rent (excluding tax). Rent subsidy programs from Hyogo Prefecture and Kobe City are available. If applied, a subsidy of 1,500 yen/㎡ per month (up to 6 million yen over 3 years) is provided for the first 3 years.

5. Occupancy Start Date Available from August 1, 2026, after concluding the fixed-term building lease agreement.
