The Kinki Headquarters of the Organization for Small & Medium Enterprises and Regional Innovation, JAPAN (SMRJ) is recruiting tenants for the incubation facility 'Creation Core Higashi Osaka (South Building)', which is maintained and operated based on the SME Management Strengthening Act. Exterior of the 'Creation Core Higashi Osaka' facility 1. Name of the Recruited Facility Creation Core Higashi Osaka (South Building) 2. Location 1-4-1 Aramotokita, Higashiosaka City, Osaka Prefecture (South Building) 5 minutes walk northwest from Exit 1 of Aramoto Station on the Kintetsu Keihanna Line Along National Route 308, right by the Kinki Expressway Higashi Osaka JCT 3. Application Acceptance Period From Friday, May 1, 2026, to Friday, May 15, 2026. If sending the facility lease application form by mail, it must arrive by Friday, May 15, 2026. If a tenant is not decided during the above application period, applications will be accepted at any time. 4. Publicly Offered Rooms ● Newly offered rooms: 1 room in total - The rent includes a 10% consumption tax. It will fluctuate if the tax rate changes. - The security deposit is equivalent to 3 months of rent (excluding tax). - Separately, there is a tenant burden reduction measure system by a public interest incorporated foundation of Higashi Osaka City.
