If submitting facility rental applications etc. by mail, they must arrive by Tuesday, April 21, 2026, 5:00 PM.

If tenants are not decided during the above application period, applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.

4. Rooms for Public Application

● Total of 7 rooms newly offered for public application

  • Rent includes 10% consumption tax. This amount will fluctuate if the tax rate changes.

  • Upon moving in, a security deposit equivalent to 3 months' rent (before tax) will be required, along with the rent for the month in which use becomes possible and the following month's rent.

  • A fixed-term building lease agreement will be concluded.

  • There is also a separate rent subsidy program by Kyoto City. (※1)

※1 If the Kyoto City Rent Subsidy Program is applied, subsidies will be granted annually after the completion of the project. The application of subsidy categories, grant periods, subsidy amounts, etc., will be determined based on the "Kyoto City New Business Creation Type Business Facility Utilization Promotion Project Subsidy Grant Guidelines."

※2 "Appraisal Committee Rank A Certification" and "Oscar Certification" are Kyoto City systems for certifying excellent companies, etc.

5. Facility Start of Use Period

Move-in is possible from July 2026 onwards, after the conclusion of the fixed-term building lease agreement.
