Selection of Grant Candidates for the "SME New Business Advancement Promotion Project (2nd Public Offering)"

The Organization for Small & Medium Enterprises and Regional Innovation (President: Tadashi Miyakawa, Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo) announced that it has selected grant candidates for the second public offering of the SME New Business Advancement Promotion Project (New Business Advancement Grant), which is entrusted to a consortium led by Hakuhodo Inc. ■Project Overview The New Business Advancement Grant supports SMEs and other small businesses that are proactively challenging new businesses different from their existing operations, with the aim of advancing into new markets and high-value-added businesses. ■Selection Results ・Application Period: From Friday, September 12, 2025, to Friday, December 19, 2025 ・Number of Applicants: 2,350 ・Number of Selected Candidates: 832 (of which 446 were eligible for tariff加点) *Applications from multiple companies collaborating are counted as one applicant regardless of the number of members.
