Smilegate Megaport announced on Monday, April 27, that it has released a new main story episode for the mobile RPG 'Epic Seven,' developed by SUPER CREATIVE, and revealed the episode's central character, 'Salome,' as a Moonlight Hero.

The new episode is titled EPISODE 6 Part 1 'End's Elegy,' and subsequent parts will be added sequentially. This part depicts the story surrounding the 'Black Holy Grail Cult,' a secret organization formed by 'Kayron.' Kayron is one of the 'Apostles' aiming for the destruction of 'Orbis,' the world of Epic Seven.

This episode features full-voice narration for the entire story, and employs 'tile-based stage' progression and enhanced storytelling production to greatly increase immersion.

'Salome,' a major character of this episode, appears as a Moonlight Hero. As the sole survivor of the miracle village 'Runegrave' and an inquisitor of the 'Black Holy Grail Cult,' she is a deep character torn between the cult's beliefs and her own past.

Salome is the first hero in Epic Seven with a unique gimmick to duplicate the abilities and appearance of enemy heroes. Her Skill 2, 'Salvation,' allows her to duplicate a target hero for one turn and use their abilities exactly. During duplication, she is immune to skill damage and can gain an extra turn. Furthermore, her Skill 3, 'Judgment of Nigrasil,' allows for strategic play by applying various debuffs like 'Collapse' and 'Defense Down' to enemies.

In addition, various system improvements were implemented. First, the maximum Trust Level for heroes has been expanded from 10 to 15. Starting with Salome, new heroes will feature exclusive illustrations as Trust Level rewards. The new 'Magic Control' system allows players to adjust stat growth during equipment enhancement. Previously, one of four sub-stats would grow randomly; this system allows players to designate one specific sub-stat to be excluded from stat growth. Other updates include enhanced rewards for participation in 'Guild Wars' and improved information sharing among guild members.

The 'Epic Seven' app can be downloaded from the Google Play Store and App Store. More detailed information can be found on the official community and YouTube channel.
