● Hironaka Takatsuna

Section Manager, Section 1, CPS Solution Development Department, Smart City & Mobility Business Division, Innovation Strategic Business Headquarters, Macnica, Inc.

Macnica's Takatsuna, who will speak in this session, joined Suzuki Motor Corporation in 2008 as a chassis design engineer, engaging in development efficiency optimization through motion analysis. He then transitioned to the product planning department. From 2015, he was stationed in Germany as the European Product Planning Manager, where he promoted product strategy formulation and startup collaboration tailored to local markets. After serving as Product Communication Manager at Bose Automotive, he joined Macnica in 2024 and has been involved in formulating the strategy and planning/promoting surrounding services for the remote fleet management system "everfleet" for autonomous vehicles. In this session, titled "Autonomous Driving Deployable Today and the Future of Fleet DX: Social Implementation Model Envisioned by Navya x everfleet," he will discuss Macnica's autonomous driving solutions and how AI utilization in remote fleet management can contribute to labor-saving, efficiency, and ROI improvement.

The theme of this "Mobility Transformation 2026" is "AI and Data Change the Structure of the Automotive Business." As the mobility industry transitions from a labor-intensive business model to a "new revenue model" leveraging data and AI, the traditional automotive business model—previously fragmented into "selling," "repairing," "leasing," and "driving" vehicles—is reaching the limits of growth in single businesses due to factors such as population decline and labor shortages. On the other hand, the "data" generated from vehicles is starting to transform into an asset that involves other industries and forms a giant ecosystem. Under these circumstances, the Company believes that management decisions on how to build a new "revenue mechanism" through collaboration with other companies while leveraging their own strengths, rather than just DX for cost reduction, are critical. "Mobility Transformation 2026" provides opportunities to meet the most important strategic seeds to maximize business potential, along with various experts and corporate figures, on how to generate new "customer experiences" and "revenues." Information on sessions and speakers will be posted on the official website from time to time.

"Mobility Transformation" has received great responses in its previous four events. We look forward to welcoming many participants to this event, which is the first physical event in seven years.
