Establishment of Tokai Branch Office

SmartDrive Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Retsu Kitagawa; hereinafter "the Company"), a provider of services utilizing mobility data, is pleased to announce the establishment of its Tokai branch office in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture, in April 2026. This establishment aims to strengthen collaboration with partner companies, enhance customer touchpoints, and build a prompt and detailed support system in the Tokai region.

Since our founding in 2013, with a vision to "accelerate the evolution of mobility," we have been developing and providing services such as the cloud-based vehicle management system "SmartDrive Fleet," primarily through our Tokyo headquarters and Kansai branch (established in October 2024). Our services are utilized by customers across a wide range of industries and business types, and we currently serve over 2,300 corporate clients.

The Tokai region, which has a thriving local manufacturing and logistics industry, has a very high demand for our mobility data utilization services, and we have positioned it as a key base for further business expansion.

We will continue to build a prompt and flexible support system for our locally-based partner companies, and we will continue our activities with an eye toward opening branch offices in other regions in the future.
