Seino Last One Mile Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Tokyo, President: Hideharu Kawai, hereinafter 'Seino Last One Mile') and e-Grid Inc. (Headquarters: Shimane Prefecture, CEO: Atsuhiro Komura, hereinafter 'e-Grid') are pleased to announce the establishment of a joint venture, 'Logrise Inc.', aimed at promoting DX in the last-mile domain, which commenced business on Wednesday, April 1, 2026.

■ Background and Purpose of the Joint Venture Establishment

(1) Development and service provision of products that promote DX in the last-mile domain

(2) Improvement of on-site productivity through work design centered on workers

(3) Provision of an integrated delivery management platform that can be used across industries

While demand for home delivery is increasing with the expansion of the e-commerce market, the logistics industry faces worsening issues such as a shortage of drivers and delivery staff (hereinafter, 'workers'), the normalization of multi-layered subcontracting structures, and operational inefficiencies. In addition, existing DX solutions are biased towards the perspective of shippers and prime contractors, and optimization that aligns with the actual work of on-site delivery workers has not progressed. To solve these issues, we believe it is essential to promote a DX that transforms the structure of the entire industry, rather than individual company efforts. Logrise aims to build a core digital infrastructure to promote DX in the last mile, contributing to the productivity improvement and sustainability of the entire industry.

■ About the Service

As its initial product, Logrise will develop and provide 'HaiMate,' a cloud-based delivery management service for the last mile. Based on the concept of 'Making AI a co-worker for workers,' HaiMate is a delivery management service designed with workers at its center. It integrally manages diverse tasks such as package delivery, direct mail, and fresh food delivery, with AI providing real-time operational support and automation.

Key features include:

・UI/UX that integrates multiple delivery tasks

・AI-based operational support and decision assistance

・Operability designed from the worker's perspective

HaiMate will be先行導入 and tested within the Seino Last One Mile group, with improvements made based on actual operations. Subsequently, we will proceed with its deployment across the industry, aiming to promote DX in the last-mile domain.
