Bamiyan, operated by Skylark Restaurants Co., Ltd. headquartered in Musashino, Tokyo and led by President Takashi Nakajima, will launch its “Back-Fat Summer Campaign” on Thursday, May 14, 2026, offering a new lineup of rich, hearty ramen. The campaign features Bamiro Soba, a hearty bowl made with extra-thick chewy noodles, thick-cut roast pork, plenty of vegetables, and irresistible pork back fat. Designed for big eaters, it comes with an addictive soup and can be enjoyed with garlic to taste. Another highlight is a rich yet refined back-fat soy sauce ramen, where the umami and depth of a soy sauce soup topped with pork back fat cling to medium-thick curly noodles. For Bamiro Soba and Back-Fat Soy Sauce Ramen orders, customers can also add a value set with six pan-fried gyoza and rice, saving up to 120 yen including tax. Large rice is available at no extra charge. The campaign will run from Thursday, May 14 to Wednesday, July 1, 2026, at all Bamiyan locations. The schedule is subject to change, and sales may end without prior notice. Menu items include the Thick-Cut Roast Pork Bamiro Soba Extra-Large Topping version for 1,090 yen, or 1,199 yen including tax.
