The all-you-can-eat beef tongue, a top contender in popularity at Shabu-Yo, known for its unique texture and rich flavor, is back.

② For a refreshing early summer! The classic 'Lemon Herb Broth' returns & 'Setouchi Salt Lemon Sauce' makes its debut

The highly popular 'salt sauce' has been revamped! Lemon-do also returns, and 'Lemon Jelly' joins the dessert menu, further enhancing the refreshing experience!

③ Popular even within the fan community! Newly developed 'Oxtail Broth' also debuts, perfect for 'Beef Tongue'

In addition to the new clear yet umami-rich oxtail broth, new customizable items and spicy 'Kkakdugi' (radish kimchi) are introduced as palate cleansers.
