Sky Inc. Acquires 'Eruboshi Certification (Stage 2)' as a Company Promoting Women's Active Participation

Sky Inc. has acquired the second stage of the "Eruboshi Certification" from the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, based on the Act on Promotion of Women's Active Participation.

Our company aims to be a place where all employees, regardless of gender, can maximize their abilities. Companies that formulate a general employer action plan based on the Act on Promotion of Women's Active Participation and meet certain requirements, such as having excellent initiatives for promoting women's active participation, can apply to receive "Eruboshi Certification" from the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare as a "Company Promoting Women's Active Participation."
