Sky Inc. has acquired the second stage of the "Eruboshi Certification" from the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, based on the Act on Promotion of Women's Active Participation.

Our company aims to be a place where all employees, regardless of gender, can maximize their abilities. As part of this, we are strengthening the recruitment of women and actively promoting them to management positions based on their experience and achievements. This allows for steady career development regardless of job type.

Furthermore, to enable continuous career growth even as life stages change, we promote the use of maternity and childcare leave systems, and many employees return to work and thrive after childbirth. We also continuously support female employees by, for example, opening an internal blog exclusively for women and setting up consultation desks at each location.

Moving forward, we will continue to further develop a workplace environment that promotes work-life balance and supports the success of all employees.

What is "Eruboshi Certification"? Companies that formulate a general employer action plan based on the Act on Promotion of Women's Active Participation and meet certain requirements, such as having excellent initiatives for promoting women's active participation, can apply to receive "Eruboshi Certification" from the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare as a "Company Promoting Women's Active Participation."
