Sky Co., Ltd. Acquires 'Eruboshi Certification (Second Stage)' as a Company Promoting Women's Empowerment

Sky Co., Ltd. has acquired the second stage of the 'Eruboshi Certification' from the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, recognizing it as a company promoting women's empowerment based on the Act on Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement in the Workplace.

Our company aims to be a place where all employees, regardless of gender, can maximize their abilities. As part of this effort, we are strengthening the recruitment of women and actively promoting them to management positions based on their experience and achievements. This allows for steady career development regardless of job type.

Companies that formulate a general employer action plan based on the Act on Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement in the Workplace and meet certain requirements, such as having excellent implementation status of initiatives for promoting women's empowerment, can apply for and receive 'Eruboshi Certification' from the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare as a 'Company Promoting Women's Empowerment'.
