Skydisc Inc. (Headquarters: 5-10-18 Watanabedori, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture; CEO: Anri Uchimura; hereinafter "the Company") announces that its representative, Yamato, will speak at the 112th regular seminar hosted by IT Coordinator Hiroshima on Wednesday, April 8, 2026. In this lecture, we will introduce specific initiatives and implementation examples of DX promotion in the production planning domain, focusing on "Saiteki Works," an AI x SaaS solution for the manufacturing industry.
The regular seminar hosted by IT Coordinator Hiroshima is a study group where IT coordinators and companies/experts involved in DX promotion gather to share practical knowledge and case studies. It is held as a venue to learn about realistic initiatives that can be utilized on-site, with the theme of digital transformation for regional companies.
Skydisc will focus on "Saiteki Works," a cloud service where AI automatically formulates optimal production plans, directly addressing major challenges in the manufacturing industry such as "reliance on individual expertise in planning," "responding to supply and demand fluctuations," and "increasing on-site workload." The lecture will provide content that allows participants to understand how AI reads factory conditions and derives realistic and executable plans in a "practical and relevant manner."
Furthermore, concrete changes and achievements in implementing companies will be highlighted, focusing on processes such as "how it was established on-site" and "which points led to results." Based on feedback such as "I could imagine improvements from tomorrow" and "I could concretely see how it would be utilized in my own company," practical perspectives will be explained.
Additionally, for those new to AI and DX initiatives, questions such as "Can it be applied to my company?" and "Where should I start?" will be addressed, including ideas and methods for a small start. The content is designed so that participants, whether attending online or in person, can take home practical hints directly applicable to their work.
This seminar will be held in a hybrid format, combining online distribution via Zoom and in-person attendance. The URL for online participation will be provided in the reminder email after registration.
Through this lecture, Skydisc will support the advancement of production planning and the promotion of DX in the manufacturing industry. We sincerely look forward to your participation.
