This seminar will explain the design methods of "rank system," "evaluation system," and "salary system" suitable for companies with up to 100 employees, using practical examples, targeting owners and human resources department heads of small and medium-sized enterprises.

Background of the Event

"I have been deciding on evaluation, salary, and promotion criteria in a vague manner and feel dissatisfaction from employees."

"I want to establish it as a system soon, but I don't know where to start."

"I am worried that the system I created will not be established."

This seminar is held for owners and human resources personnel who have such concerns, where you can learn the basics and practical know-how of personnel systems.

If there is a mechanism for employees to understand "what is expected of them and how they can be rewarded for their efforts," their satisfaction will increase, and the growth of each employee will be supported.

This seminar will explain the design methods of "rank system," "evaluation system," and "salary system" suitable for companies with up to 100 employees, using practical examples. We will thoroughly explain simple system design that can be easily operated by the company itself, not complex mechanisms for large companies, and the points from introduction to establishment.
