"CARADA Denshi Yakureki Solamichi" is a cloud-based electronic patient record system that records patient symptoms, medication prescriptions, and guidance history. As a service supporting pharmacists' work, it is equipped with functions such as checking for highly dangerous drug interactions during prescription and navigation functions for patient medication guidance.
It also features a "medication follow-up" function that helps strengthen human-centric operations, promoted in the 2024 pharmaceutical fee revision, and supports the creation of tracing reports.
