Seino Information Service Launches 'Logistics Improvement Survey 2026'

Seino Information Service Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as SIS) will conduct the 'Logistics Improvement Survey 2026' from Tuesday, June 9, 2026, targeting practical staff and managers involved in procurement, manufacturing, and logistics.

The environment surrounding logistics is undergoing significant changes, including responses to the Logistics Efficiency Act, appointment of CLOs, measures against driver shortages, and the use of AI and DX. On the other hand, there is insufficient objective information available for comparison regarding the challenges each company faces and the improvement activities they are undertaking.

This survey has been conducted annually for five consecutive years since 2021. Its purpose is to understand the actual state of logistics improvement measures and issue recognition undertaken by companies, analyze year-on-year comparisons, and widely share the results as benchmark data for the entire industry.

In this survey, in addition to the logistics challenges companies face and the implementation status of improvement activities, we will also investigate whether these efforts are actually leading to results or whether the expected effects are not being achieved. We will also conduct a multifaceted analysis of the actual state of logistics improvement and future directions, including the use of AI, responses to the Logistics Efficiency Act, and the status of CLO promotion.
