With the acceleration of recruitment activities, following up with offer recipients for the long period of about one year from offer acceptance to joining the company has become a challenge for many companies.

This training was conducted with the aim of dispelling "offer blues" and strengthening the commitment to accept the offer by delivering "essentials of thinking" necessary for the early stage, which differs from business etiquette and team building.

Day's Program

This training consists of the following 6 programs.

Orientation This program serves as a trigger for offer recipients to shift their mindset from being "recipients of what is given" to "creators of their own initiative."

Participant Interaction Offer recipients from different companies engage in self-introductions for 2 minutes each, fostering horizontal connections through a workshop to find commonalities.

Understand Your Current Situation! Inventory and Perspective on Things Participants delve into the "differences between students and working adults" in groups. This is a time for participants to realize in their own words that "proactive action" is more expected of working adults.

First Step to Becoming an Adult Who Can "Self-Generate"! Self-Management Techniques An "MBTI-based "Type-Specific Motivation Diagnosis" is conducted. Participants learn that understanding their own tendencies is the foundation for long-term self-management.

To Make the Remaining Student Period "Meaningful Time" Participants organize their own motivators, elements, and environments to draw a path for proactively spending the time until joining the company.

Summary of the Day The training concludes with the message, "One's own mindset changes motivation and awareness of society and the company."
