Shinano Holdings Group to Renew Group Logo and Mission, Vision, Value

Shinano Holdings Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Taro Nakagome; hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), which operates in the energy, maintenance, and mobility businesses, will renew its group management philosophy, Mission, Vision, and Value (hereinafter referred to as "MVV") on April 1, 2026, and establish a new group logo symbolizing the corporate brand on July 1, 2026.

Furthermore, this MVV clarifies the value that our group will provide to society, local communities, and customers for the next 100 years, based on the community-based business foundation that our group has cultivated and the changes in the business environment going forward.

1. Background and Purpose of Renewal

Since its founding in 1927, our group has supported the infrastructure of local communities by evolving its business from solid fuels, petroleum, gas, and electricity to clean energy.

With our 100th anniversary in fiscal year 2027 in sight, we will renew the logo that represents the group and reaffirm the MVV for all group companies and employees to more strongly embody the mission of "Creating a local community we can be proud of to the world."

This renewal is not merely a change in design but also an expression, both internally and externally, of the group's determination to continue moving forward for the next 100 years.

2. About the New Group Logo

Logo Concept

The new logo's symbol mark is a design that combines the initials "S" and "N" of the group's English name "SHINANEN." This design embodies the following four meanings:

Combines the initials S and N of "Shinano" to clearly express the group name.

2 ∞ (Infinity)

Symbolizes infinity and circulation. It shows our commitment to continuously create value.

Expresses the group's will for further growth and development through its widening shape.

Implementation Period and Schedule for Changes at Facilities

Our group has been preparing for the change to the new logo as one of the key initiatives leading up to our 100th anniversary in fiscal year 2027. We will begin using this new logo, symbolizing our new brand, from July 1, 2026. Transition work, including changing signs, signage, and uniforms at all facilities, will proceed sequentially.
