Subsequently, as an RM in the Solutions Department at BlackRock Japan Co., Ltd., he engaged in risk analysis and investment process advisory services for domestic asset management companies and public financial institutions before establishing Siiibo Inc. (now Siiibo Securities Co., Ltd.) and assuming the position of Representative Director & CEO. While working to support growing companies and provide investment opportunities through debt finance and corporate bond investment, he also serves as a director of the Fintech Association, engaging in information dissemination and advocacy, particularly in the fields of capital markets and startup support. What are Corporate Bonds?

Corporate bonds are simple and easy-to-understand financial instruments that allow investors to invest directly in companies. Conditions such as interest rates and terms vary for each company and bond, and they are repaid with a fixed interest over a set period. As a type of "income gain investment" that provides continuous income through holding, they are considered to have relatively lower risk compared to stock investment due to their clear risk-return profile.

Furthermore, separate taxation applies to interest. Since corporate bonds can be purchased directly from companies, investors do not need to take on the risk of intermediaries.
