●On the day of the event, photographs will be taken by the organizer for recording and media publication. While we will give due consideration to the privacy of visitors during photography, if you do not wish to be included in photos, please feel free to inform a staff member.
●If any of the following apply, please refrain from participating even on the day of the event.
