SIGHTRON JAPAN Collaborates and Exhibits at Mitsubishi Motors' "Star Camp 2026 in Asagiri Kogen" Event

SIGHTRON JAPAN Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Akira Watanabe) will cooperate and exhibit at the "Star Camp 2026 in Asagiri Kogen" event, organized by Mitsubishi Motors Corporation and held from May 29 (Fri) to May 31 (Sun), 2026, at Asagiri Kogen in Fujinomiya City, Shizuoka Prefecture. SIGHTRON JAPAN will set up a booth and host a workshop to master the assembly and operation of their "NEWTONY" reflecting astronomical telescopes. Participants can also experience optical products like binoculars firsthand. Additionally, free solar observation using Hα solar telescopes will be conducted during the day, and free stargazing sessions using astronomical telescopes will be held at night. Star Camp is an auto camping event organized by Mitsubishi Motors, which started in 1991. The event, held at a campsite, offers various contents such as off-road test rides, outdoor cooking, crafting workshops, bonfires, and music live performances. This year's live guest is Chihose Moto. The event is application-based, with the application period ending on April 20 (Mon) at 17:00.
