SHUKEN GROUP Inc. (Headquarters: Inage-ku, Chiba City, Chiba Prefecture; CEO: Hideyuki Nohara), the統括持株会社 (holding company) of SHUKEN GROUP (hereinafter referred to as "the Group"), will implement a refresh of its management philosophy system (Mission, Vision, Values) and a renewal of its group symbol logo, "Kando Synergy," and corporate website on April 1, 2026.

A Compass for an Organization Approaching 20 Billion Yen

The Group achieved sales of 19.31 billion yen and had 245 employees in the fiscal year ending September 2025, having diversified its business operations to include general construction work, renovation of homes and stores, custom-made furniture, design and construction of saunas and container houses, equipment installation, and leasing services.

In an increasingly uncertain modern era, to continue providing "authenticity" that exceeds customer expectations, it is necessary to unite the advanced specialized technologies of each company under one grand vision. This rebranding serves as a declaration for the Group's "second founding period," aiming for all employees to share common values and accelerate challenges.

Corporate website also renewed. Designed with human connections in mind.https://www.shukengroup.co.jp

Employee-Led "SHUKEN GROUP Branding Committee" Takes the Lead. Bottom-Up Philosophy Formulation.

The most significant feature of this project is that the formulation of the core management philosophy was entirely entrusted to "frontline employees" rather than external consultants.

Deliberately avoiding a top-down approach from management, the "SHUKEN GROUP Branding Committee" was formed by volunteers gathered through internal recruitment. Employees on the front lines, directly engaging with customers, spent approximately one year engaging in fundamental discussions and workshops. "What is the true value we should provide?" — Without external assistance, listening to the thoughts of management and all employees, and thoroughly pursuing the passion from within the group, led to the new brand concept: "Relentless Challenge, Expanding Emotion, Connecting Future."

Original picture book "Towards the Future" created with the desire to convey branding in easy-to-understand language.

Members gathered through internal recruitment. Their roles and ages varied across companies, allowing them to exchange opinions from different perspectives about the group.

No Empty Gestures. "Employee-Led" Approach Maintained from Formulation to Penetration.

In the future internal penetration process, we will also promote employee-led penetration, centered around project members, without relying on external packages. Because it is a vision defined by their own hands, each individual can articulate it in their own words and elevate it into daily actions. We are convinced that this thorough, autonomous process will generate synergy that transcends organizational boundaries and become the true source of "Kando (overwhelming emotion) beyond expectations" delivered to customers.

New Brand Concept and Management Philosophy System (MVV)

Brand Concept: Relentless Challenge, Expanding Emotion, Connecting Future.

Mission: Pursue authenticity, transcend imagination through challenge

Vision: To be a corporate group that creates Kando (overwhelming emotion) and grows together with everyone involved

Value: Go beyond, always to the next level

The brand concept and MVV are displayed internally. They are placed in visible locations at each base to truly serve as a compass.

New Logo Design "Kando Synergy"

The circular form symbolizes expansion, circulation, and connection.

The blue gradient, centered around the main color "Synergy Blue," expresses how value continues to spread through challenge, based on trust and sincerity.

This logo design visualizes the sense of unity among the group companies and their expansion into the future.

Embodying Group Synergy, Integration of Specialized Fields

The Group maximizes group synergy to provide high added value across a wide range of business areas.
