Shueisha Games Launches New Game Pitch Project, Offering Full Support from Funding to Team Building as a 'Co-creating Publisher'

Shueisha Games Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; hereinafter 'Shueisha Games') announces the launch of a new public call for game pitches starting May 19, 2026.

Apply with Just a Pitch! Full Support from Development Funding to Finding Team Members

We are a publisher that does not only handle 'sales, promotion, and localization', but works alongside creators starting from the production phase.

Whether it's a game already in development or a project about to start, we want to go through trial and error together from the planning stage.

Only the following two items are required to apply:
- A 'pitch document' for the game you want to create
- A 'portfolio' summarizing your creative activities (non-game works are also acceptable)

Our support goes beyond the realm of a typical publisher. We widely support the game creation process itself, including funding development costs, finding team members, and managing budgets and schedules. Creators who are 'making a game for the first time' can also apply with confidence.

Introduction of production team members

Please introduce works previously created by the current production team or its members.
Works other than games are also acceptable.

(Please prepare it in a format that runs on a Windows PC)

[Optional] Video
Please submit a trailer movie or gameplay video if available.

If production has already started, please submit production materials such as specification documents, scenario scripts, and setting materials.

We at Shueisha Games started our relationship with game creators by developing and operating the 'Game Creators CAMP', a communication platform for game creation. Through contests and events, we have created titles such as 'Schrödinger's Call', 'Urban Legend Dismantling Center', and 'ANTHEM#9' together with creators.

Thanks to your support, the number of registered users for 'Game Creators CAMP' has surpassed 10,000. Now that game development is becoming increasingly active both domestically and internationally, we have launched a new pitch call to further strengthen our original stance as a 'publisher that creates together'.
