Announcement: [For Preschoolers] It's Summer! It's Art! KodomoE Atelier Holds 'Crayon Art Workshop' - Paint, Layer, and Sparkle!

Shogakukan Shueisha Productions Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Satoshi Matsui) will hold a 'Kids Crayon Art Workshop' for preschoolers at its KodomoE Atelier classroom. KodomoE Atelier, an art class supervised by Kazesaburo Akiyama, known for his book 'Draw Well in 10 Minutes a Day,' teaches the basics (tips) of drawing by perceiving shapes like circles, triangles, and squares. Through learning these techniques and using crayon methods, children can create expressive works that can only be drawn at this stage of their lives.

Drawing dramatically improves when you understand the basics (tips).

By fostering the ability to perceive shapes, we draw out the children's experience of 'I drew it!' and cultivate their observation, creativity, and expressive skills.

■ Workshop Features

In the Kids Crayon Art Workshop, participants will learn the basics (tips) of drawing and use several techniques to complete works that showcase their individuality.

By combining Kazesaburo Akiyama's method of perceiving shapes with the children's own abilities, a chemical reaction occurs, creating works that can only be produced at this time.

We offer three courses tailored to different age groups:

• For 1-2 year olds: First Crayon Art Experience

• For 3-4 year olds: Parent-Child Crayon Art

　Create a collaborative work with your child using fingers and cotton swabs.

• For 4-6 year olds: Crayon Art

　Master the tips of drawing and complete unique works using four techniques.

Target Audience: Preschoolers aged 1 to 6 years old

*Children up to 4 years old should participate with a parent or guardian.

Format: Small group, limited capacity

Period: Limited to July and August

Participation Fee:

• For 3-4 year olds: Parent-Child Crayon Art - 1 session, 50 minutes / 4,400 yen

• For 4-6 year olds: Crayon Art - 2 sessions, 50 minutes each / 8,800 yen
