Jupiter Shop Channel Co., Ltd. (President and CEO: Yoshihiro Ogawa, Location: Koto-ku, Tokyo, hereinafter "Shop Channel"), which operates the 24/7 interactive live broadcast shopping channel "Shop Channel," has announced its financial results for Fiscal Year 2025 (April 2025 - March 2026).
Consolidated net sales reached 170 billion yen (101.1% year-on-year), achieving an increase in sales for the third consecutive period and surpassing the previous year's record high sales.

Fiscal Year 2025 Initiatives
In Fiscal Year 2025, significant progress was made in transforming from the "TV Shopping Business" initiated in the previous fiscal year to a "Shopping Entertainment Business integrating TV, Digital, and Real-world experiences."
With the aim of deepening customer understanding and building long-term relationships, we expanded touchpoints with customers and enriched content by leveraging the characteristics of each channel, including expanding TV broadcast slots, increasing real-world events, enhancing digital touchpoints through app improvements, and adding lifestyle content to "SHOP CHANNEL PEOPLE."
Furthermore, as we approach our 30th anniversary in 2026, we further strengthened special projects and product offerings unique to our anniversary year starting in January.

●Viewing Environment
The number of households able to watch Shop Channel 24 hours a day increased from 32.10 million households (as of March 2025) to 32.15 million households (as of March 2026). (Source: Shop Channel)
Broadcast hours on commercial BS stations expanded from 75 hours per week (as of March 2025) to 84 hours per week (as of March 2026).
Broadcasting of "Shop Channel 4K" was migrated from the BS left-hand circular polarization band to the BS right-hand circular polarization band, making 4K broadcasts accessible to more households. ●Programs
"Welcome! Shop Channel Week," featuring recommended items for first-time shoppers on Shop Channel, was broadcast six times a year.
"On-Site Dispatch! Employee Word-of-Mouth Hit SHOW," which introduces products from an employee's unique perspective, was broadcast to help customers enjoy shopping with a sense of familiarity and trust through employee recommendations.
In collaboration with BS Asahi, we broadcast "Muromachi Founded Eel Restaurant Yamajyu Supervised New Year's Two-Tiered Osechi Box" and sold osechi.
In collaboration with TV Asahi Group's "Ropping Life," we jointly planned and sold disaster prevention related products.
●Digital
"Lifestyle" content, introducing home goods and gourmet products, was added to "SHOP CHANNEL PEOPLE," where Shop Channel employees, guest program personalities, and brand staff post their fashion styling. PV views for "SHOP CHANNEL PEOPLE" increased by 124% year-on-year.
To strengthen app usage, we promoted the "App Debut Campaign" and personalized distribution via LINE. The number of downloads for the "Shop Channel App" increased by 310% year-on-year.
Membership registration required for shopping on the website can now be completed using only a mobile phone number.
●Real-world
We implemented initiatives to deliver value that cannot be fully conveyed through TV or digital channels in the real world.
We held a total of 8 exchange events and studio tours to provide opportunities for customers to interact directly with guests and cast members, fostering a deeper sense of familiarity with our company.
Our permanent store, "Shop Channel Osaka," celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2025. In addition to anniversary sales, we deepened our collaboration with TV by broadcasting live from the program "Oh!cha15," which airs daily at 3 PM.
We have been developing pop-up stores since Fiscal Year 2023, and in Fiscal Year 2025, we held "Pop Up Store by Shop Channel" at Kitasenju Marui (Tokyo).
"Jewelry and Gold Special Sales Events" were held twice a year to sell high-priced and rare items that are difficult to feature on television.
●Launch of New Businesses
As new e-commerce ventures not originating from TV viewing, we launched "Uchino Ne," a visual UGC community commerce platform for discovering ideal home life, and "CanauBi," a specialized media for anti-aging care taught by beauty professionals, in September.

With the wish that "everyone can live bright and healthy lives for as long as possible," Shop Channel has participated in and supported the Pink Ribbon movement since 2005.
In 2025, we conducted a donation campaign on social media to raise understanding and awareness of women's health and made a donation to the Japan Cancer Society.
Valuing Connections with Local Communities
The program "Let's Discover Japan," which focuses on "regions" across Japan and introduces their charms and specialties. In its 30th broadcast, "Let's Discover Japan ~Ishikawa~," we broadcast live from Noto City, Ishikawa Prefecture, introducing local specialties and culture with participation from local residents.
