[Jinbocho Theater] Let's Celebrate Pokemon's 30th Anniversary in Jinbocho this GW! ── 'Pokemon Short Film Festival: Pokemon The Movie Short Masterpiece Selection' Starts Sat, 5/2

Jinbocho Theater, a classic cinema in the city of books, focuses on works from various angles such as directors, cast members, and themes, screening good old Japanese films on celluloid.
Starting Saturday, May 2, in commemoration of Pokemon's 30th anniversary, we will hold a special screening of three short films produced as co-features for the "Pokemon The Movie" series.

An unprecedented project realized! A special screening featuring only popular short films!
Jinbocho Theater currently operates as an arthouse cinema introducing classic Japanese films, but surprisingly, when it opened as a new release theater in 2007, its inaugural screening was "Pokemon The Movie: Dialga vs. Palkia vs. Darkrai". This time, capitalizing on this unexpected connection, we planned a special screening to commemorate Pokemon's 30th anniversary. We will screen a masterpiece selection strictly choosing three enduringly popular works from the short films released alongside the feature-length movies.

Hosting safe screenings for those with small children!
Titled "Cinema Debut Support! Enjoy Pokemon Movies with Parents and Children!", we will set up screening sessions where parents with children can watch with peace of mind. Short films starring Pokemon are perfect for young children's cinema debut! For details, please check the theater's homepage.
