Shizuoka Shimbun Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company") has been commissioned by Shizuoka Prefecture to undertake the "Recruitment Branding Promotion Project" for FY2026 and will begin accepting applications for the "Accompanying Support Program" to build the recruitment foundation of small and medium-sized enterprises in the prefecture.

This project will be held from August 2026 to March 2027. In addition to holding the "Recruitment Branding Promotion Seminar (4 sessions)" where participants can learn about the latest recruitment market trends and practical know-how, we will implement an "Accompanying Support Program" for a limited of 10 companies that wish to participate, directly supporting the construction of their recruitment foundation. Participation is free.

Background and Objectives of the Project

In the current recruitment market, "recruitment branding," which correctly conveys a company's unique strengths and culture, is essential for local companies to secure talented personnel, going beyond simply posting job information. Shizuoka Prefecture will support strategic recruitment activities that integrate management and human resources, providing a platform to learn how to create self-sustaining organizations independent of the president and approaches that consider the perspective of job seekers, including Generation Z, thereby promoting the sustainable growth of companies in the prefecture.

Program Overview

This project aims to build a sustainable and strong recruitment foundation that companies can manage independently, not just by learning knowledge, but through the following three phases:

[Input] Recruitment Branding Promotion Seminar (4 sessions)

Learn the basics and practical know-how of recruitment branding from a multifaceted perspective, including the latest recruitment market trends, Generation Z's true feelings data, and organizational development linked to management strategy.

[Output and Practice] Implementation of the Accompanying Support Program (Limited to 10 companies by selection from applicants)

This program will be implemented for a limited of 10 companies selected from seminar participants who wish to join. Based on the knowledge gained in the seminars, participants will concretize their company's challenges and design candidate experiences, putting them into practice.

[Foundation Building] Establishment of a Self-Sustaining Organization and Recruitment Foundation

During the period, experts will provide individual support tailored to each company, building a solid recruitment foundation that operates independently within the company, without relying solely on the president.

How to Apply: Please check the details on the official website "SHIZUOKA Business Compass" and apply through the application form for each seminar.
