Shinto Tsushin Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo / Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture; Representative Director and President: Tetsuya Tani), which has made an "AI-Driven Declaration" as an industry first, has implemented a serialized project in collaboration with "Baemeshi," a gourmet information site introducing "Insta-worthy dishes" nationwide, co-operated with comprehensive PR company Kyodo PR Co., Ltd., and the mobile gourmet event "Ginza Machibal 2026."
Ginza Machibal 2026 is a gourmet event where 64 establishments in the Ginza area offer special limited-time menus. ▽Ginza Machibal 2026 Official HP: https://ginza-machibal.com/
In this collaborative project, new employees from both Shinto Tsushin and Kyodo PR will each choose a restaurant they wish to visit and personally experience "Ginza Machibal 2026." Each experience report will be sequentially published on the official Baemeshi Instagram.
Instead of articles written by professional writers, these reports will preserve the honest perspectives of new employees, fresh out of their hiring, on how they felt about the dishes they encountered in Ginza.

This project was implemented as part of the "AI Intensive Training for New Employees" jointly conducted by Shinto Tsushin and Kyodo PR. In the final exercise of the training, the management team evaluated and adopted the "Baemeshi Revitalization Plan" proposed by the new employee team on the spot, and it was quickly realized as a collaborative project with "Ginza Machibal 2026."
Implementing cutting-edge knowledge learned in training onto the "real stage" of the company's media and sponsored events within the same month. This is a practical new talent development initiative designed based on Shinto Tsushin's "AI-Driven Declaration."
While Ginza continues to be at the forefront of Japanese food culture, it has also recently faced major challenges such as generational change and business succession. This project was launched with the aim of rediscovering and recording the charm of the city from the "perspective of the younger generation" who will lead Ginza in the future, not just from the viewpoint of veterans who have observed Ginza for many years.
Shinto Tsushin will continue to contribute to the inheritance and further development of Ginza's food culture, and to the dissemination of new attractions of the city, by combining diverse generational perspectives.
