Shinsei Financial Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Tadashi Wachi; hereinafter referred to as "our company") has entered into a business partnership agreement with Auto Server Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President: Noriaki Takada; hereinafter referred to as "Auto Server"). Starting July 1, 2026, we will offer the loan product "Lake de Business," designed to meet business funding needs, to businesses utilizing Auto Server's used car distribution service "ASNET".

This partnership aims to support the business expansion and funding needs of businesses using ASNET.

Our company will provide prompt and flexible financing for business activities, such as procurement and operating funds, contributing to the business growth and improved convenience of businesses using ASNET.

"Lake de Business" is a business loan product for sole proprietors, with a maximum loanable amount of 5 million yen. As it is limited to business purposes, it can accommodate loans exceeding one-third of annual income (subject to screening), allowing us to meet relatively large funding needs. Furthermore, it offers a convenient financing method as collateral and guarantors are generally not required, and it can be repeatedly used through affiliated ATMs within the credit limit.

In this initiative, we will collaborate with our group company, Showa Lease Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President: Nobusuke Taizan), centered on the partnership with Auto Server, to expand our services and further enhance customer convenience and satisfaction.

Starting with this partnership with Auto Server, our company will actively promote similar partnerships to meet the funding needs of customers in various business fields. We will continue to strive to expand our products and services and strengthen our service provision system to contribute to our customers' business growth.
