Noriyuki Fukumori, the representative, decided to "create an ideal cram school" at the age of 18 and founded Kobetsu Shido Campus at 19. What he learned from years of teaching students was that "people gain motivation and a challenging spirit through successful experiences" and "you can do it if you try."

One junior high school student at the time of its founding had a total score of less than 50 points across five subjects, scoring only single digits in each. However, by providing instruction from elementary school level content and accumulating small successes, the student successfully passed the public high school entrance exam that year. Kobetsu Shido Campus fosters a willingness to challenge through "praise-based instruction." Future Goals We aim to be the best in Japan in terms of instructional quality. Through the operation of individual tutoring schools, we want to support the realization of as many children's dreams as possible. To achieve this, we first aim for 400 classrooms within three years.
