Our company endorses April Dream, which aims to make April 1st a day to announce dreams. This press release is the dream of "Kobetsu Shido Campus."

Shin Kyoiku Sogo Kenkyukai Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Kita-ku, Osaka; Representative Director and President: Noriyuki Fukumori), which operates Kobetsu Shido Campus nationwide, aims to "expand high-quality, low-cost education throughout the country" with the goal of correcting educational disparities.

## Background
In Japan, disparities have been widening in recent years. If children cannot receive sufficient education due to family circumstances, the range of jobs they can pursue in the future may narrow. Instead of condoning the widening of disparities, we aim to "provide educational opportunities to all children" by "expanding high-quality, low-cost education throughout the country."

Kobetsu Shido Campus continues its activities to support the future of children and improve society.

## Kobetsu Shido Campus's Initiatives to Date
Kobetsu Shido Campus opened in Osaka in 1993. In 2004, it opened its second school, and since then, it has increased the number of schools mainly in the Kansai region, and also opened in the Tokai, Shikoku, and Kanto areas. In 2024, it will open new schools in the Kyushu area, striving to "expand high-quality, low-cost education throughout the country."

Noriyuki Fukumori, the representative, decided to "create an ideal cram school" at the age of 18 and founded Kobetsu Shido Campus at 19. What he learned through long years of guiding students is that "people gain motivation and a challenging spirit through successful experiences" and "you can do it if you try."

A third-year junior high school student at the time of its founding had a total score of less than 50 points in five subjects upon enrollment, scoring only single digits in each subject. However, by providing instruction starting from the third-grade elementary school curriculum and accumulating small successful experiences, that student successfully passed the public high school entrance exam that year.
At Kobetsu Shido Campus, we continue to provide "praise-based instruction."
