■ Background of Exhibition

With the advancement of autonomous driving technology and electrification, in-vehicle systems are increasingly required to meet stricter design requirements than ever before, such as high-voltage compatibility, compact and high-density mounting, and advanced thermal countermeasures.

Shindengen, leveraging its strength in consistently handling everything from semiconductor devices to power supply design and application technology, will present concrete solutions to these challenges through "Devices x Power Technology."

■ Main Exhibition Contents

1. Comparison Demonstration of Semiconductor Relays and Mechanical Relays

Using bidirectional conductive semiconductor relays and conventional mechanical relays, we will demonstrate characteristics such as high-speed response, low loss, and miniaturization, with size comparisons and operating waveforms.

2. GEN3 DC/DC Converter Actual Unit Display

We will exhibit a GEN3 DC/DC converter, improved based on the model displayed at the Japan Mobility Show. Design innovations for miniaturization and cost reduction will be introduced through the actual product.

3. 48V e-Fuse (Electronic Fuse) Module (PoC Display)

We will exhibit a PoC model of an electronic fuse designed to be maintenance-free by integrating a MOSFET. Multi-functionalization through in-house semiconductors, such as overcurrent and overvoltage protection, can be verified at the implementation level.

4. Wireless Charging (Curved Coil) Demo Display

Assuming applications for small mobility, we will demonstrate wireless power supply technology using free-form (curved) coils, proposing the possibility of improving design freedom.
