'Naruse Conquers the Nation,' written by Mina Miyajima, a resident of Otsu City, is a highly acclaimed debut novel that has won numerous literary awards, including the 2024 Booksellers' Award. With the release of 'Naruse Races Through the Capital' on December 1 last year, the series concluded, surpassing 2.5 million copies in total sales!

As the fifth collaboration between the Naruse series and Shiga Prefecture's digital community currency 'Biwako,' the digital stamp rally 'Witnessing Naruse's Believed Path' begins on July 15!

Previously enjoyed by many both within and outside Shiga Prefecture from the first to fourth editions, this initiative now returns with refreshed spots and achievement rewards, becoming a permanent stamp rally running until February 28, Reiwa 9. This rally combines visiting three designated 'Thrill Zone' spots, an experience along the Lake Biwa shore, and completing a survey. Completion takes about 30 minutes, but you can still collect coins at other sacred sites beyond the rally!

Author Introduction: Mina Miyajima

Born in 1983 (Showa 58). Lives in Otsu City, Shiga Prefecture. Graduated from the Faculty of Letters, Kyoto University. In 2021 (Reiwa 3), won triple awards—the Grand Prize, Reader's Prize, and Yuko Kinjo Prize—at the 'Women's R-18 Literature Award for Women' with 'Thank You, Seibu Otsu Store.' Debuted in 2023 with 'Naruse Conquers the Nation,' including the aforementioned work. The novel gained widespread attention, winning the Shizuoka Bookstore Grand Prize for Fiction, the Tsubota Joji Literary Award, the Booksellers' Award, and others. The 'Akari Naruse Series' concluded as a trilogy with 'Naruse Walks the Path She Believes In' and 'Naruse Races Through the Capital.' Other works include 'Konkatsu Maestro' and 'Go Ahead! Heianbu.'
