Located at the gateway to Shikoku at the foot of the Great Seto Bridge in Utazu-cho, Kagawa Prefecture, this aquarium is based on the concept of "Shikoku Waterscapes." It exhibits approximately 400 species of creatures, and in addition to the displays, the tanks also represent the culture of Shikoku and the environments that coexist with the lives of the people who live there. A feature of the aquarium is that it can be enjoyed differently depending on the time of day and the season. We aim to be a place where those living in Shikoku can rediscover the richness of the familiar water scenery, and for those visiting from outside Shikoku, a facility that serves as a catalyst for wanting to travel around the region.
