We are pleased to announce that on May 11, 2026, we officially launched an integration feature between Gcom Holdings' EBPM (Evidence-Based Policy Making) support tool 'Acrocity x BI' and our generative AI platform for municipalities, 'Zevo'.

This integration was achieved following a successful pilot in Miyakonojo City, Miyazaki Prefecture. It provides a practical and secure way to combine EBPM tools with generative AI, expanding options for municipal digital transformation (DX).

### Background of the Integration

While local governments are under pressure to promote EBPM, they face the following challenges:
- Creating logic trees and logic models requires specialized skills and time.
- Quality of deliberations varies significantly depending on the staff's experience.
- Concerns over information security and governance hinder the adoption of generative AI.

With this integration, the EBPM deliberation process and generative AI support functions are now connected at a practical level.

Through this feature, users can utilize AI-generated outputs via 'Zevo' during the process of organizing policy issues and constructing logic models in 'Acrocity x BI'.

- Realization of a deliberation process less dependent on individual staff experience.
