(Representative Director: Yuya Nakao, Head Office: 3070-1 Miyamaru-cho, Miyakonojo City, Miyazaki Prefecture / Main Office: Edobori Center Building 8F, 2-1-1 Edobori, Nishi-ku, Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture / hereinafter 'Shift Plus') is pleased to announce that its 'Jichitai AI zevo' system, co-developed with Miyakonojo City, which enables the use of generative AI such as ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini in an LGWAN environment, has been selected as a product eligible for joint use of generative AI by Saitama Prefecture.

■Background and Details of Selection

Saitama Prefecture decided to implement a joint usage project for generative AI applications with the aim of further promoting digitalization and operational efficiency in local governments. As a result of discussions between Saitama Prefecture and interested organizations within the prefecture, 'Jichitai AI zevo' was selected as the product eligible for joint use in this project, which can reduce introduction and operational costs compared to independent implementation.

The 'Jichitai AI zevo' developed jointly by Shift Plus Co., Ltd. and Miyakonojo City, which has now become the subject of joint use, is currently utilized by many local governments.

We have been developing and operating it with the goal of continuing to be a truly user-friendly generative AI application for local governments. We will continue to develop and improve our services to cater to even more local governments.

■What is Jichitai AI zevo?

Jichitai AI zevo is a generative AI utilization platform compatible with both LGWAN (α, β, and β' models) and the Internet, allowing users to switch and use multiple LLMs such as ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini.

It is equipped with abundant functions such as RAG functionality, image generation/voice recognition, sentiment analysis for surveys, and a no-code application creation preview function, enabling effective utilization of generative AI.

It also features management functions such as measurement of operational efficiency, log functions, and user management functions, making it a generative AI utilization platform specialized for local governments, equipped with all the necessary functions for their work.

When you subscribe to 'Jichitai AI zevo', accounts for the business chat tool LGTalk can be provided for the number of staff as an ancillary service. LGTalk is a chat tool that prioritizes security, including file sanitization. It is possible to use generative AI (Jichitai AI zevo) directly from the chat.

A trial for up to 10 accounts is also available.

Can be linked with eRex / Seamless summarization using generative AI is possible

It can be linked with 'eRex', an LGWAN-dedicated voice recognition AI transcription tool. A one-month free trial is also available for 'eRex'.
