Timekettle Proposes New Possibilities for Multilingual Communication

Shenzhen Timekettle Technologies Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, Timekettle / Headquarters: Shenzhen, China / CEO: Tian Li) exhibited at the "62nd Machinery and Engineering Exhibition Kanazawa (MEX Kanazawa)" held at the Ishikawa Industrial Exhibition Hall from May 14 (Wed) to 16 (Sat), 2026. This time, we operated a joint booth with one of our product user companies, Kanazawa Kiko Co., Ltd. (Kanazawa City, President: Eiichiro Inoue). In addition to presenting Kanazawa Kiko's case studies of implementing Timekettle products and solutions, we introduced our AI translation solutions for on-site communication challenges in manufacturing, factories, and with overseas personnel, featuring the conference device "X1 Meeting (X1 Pro)" and the earphone translators "W4" and "W4 Pro". The "X1 Meeting (X1 Pro)," which was introduced at the exhibition and attracted great interest, is scheduled for release in Japan in June 2026. Please stay tuned for the announcement. MEX Kanazawa is one of the largest exhibitions in the Hokuriku region, bringing together companies and technologies that support Japan's manufacturing industry, including machine tools, industrial robots, automation equipment, and FA-related equipment. At the Timekettle/Kanazawa Kiko booth, we demonstrated our AI translation solutions. The real-time translation demos, designed for actual use cases, received high interest from many visitors, and we felt the growing expectations for AI translation devices. There was high interest from manufacturing and on-site personnel, with many companies consulting on specific issues related to collaboration with overseas bases and communication with foreign staff. Our booth received inquiries based on real-world challenges, such as a desire to communicate directly on-site without an interpreter, improve meeting efficiency with overseas factories, resolve language barriers in training foreign staff, and use the technology at exhibitions and for overseas sales. Our demonstrations centered on the "X1 Meeting (X1 Pro)," a conference solution that enables real-time translation for multiple people in multiple languages with a single device. Many visitors were impressed by the ability to check real-time translated audio and subtitles. We received specific questions from manufacturing industry attendees about use cases such as online meetings with overseas bases, guidance during factory tours, training for foreign technical interns, and business negotiations at overseas exhibitions. Even in the noisy environment of the exhibition hall, visitors experienced stable voice recognition and translation performance, leading to many comments that it was "easy to imagine using it on-site."
