◾️ Background In recent years, the evolution and diffusion of generative AI services, such as ChatGPT, have been remarkable, drawing significant attention not only in individual daily lives but also in business scenarios. Especially in modern work styles that prioritize time performance, AI is becoming a powerful partner for operational efficiency and generating new ideas.

Furthermore, for the wide range of generations using gig work, understanding how they utilize AI and what impact they feel it has on their future careers and work styles is crucial for considering the future of employment.

Based on this context, this survey was conducted with the aim of understanding the reality of new work styles in the AI era by surveying 'Sharefull' users on their frequency of AI service use, specific usage scenarios, their realization of changes due to AI utilization, and their future intention for utilization and perceived impact on work styles.

◾️ Summary - The active layer, defined as those who responded that they 'use it often' or 'use it sometimes', accounted for 42.1% of all respondents. - By age group, AI usage was highest among teenagers, with the active layer exceeding 80% at 84.0%. This was followed by 20-somethings at 58.0%, indicating that AI adoption is advancing primarily among the younger generation. - 'Information gathering' was the most common usage scenario for AI, at 44.9%. By employment status, homemakers had the highest rate at 52.0%, followed by part-time workers at 48.0%. - 52.6% of respondents answered they 'want to actively use' or 'want to use it as needed', indicating a spreading positive intention toward AI utilization. - 57.2% answered that AI will 'very much influence' or 'somewhat influence' future work styles, revealing that many feel its impact on their jobs.

◾️ Survey Results To the question 'Please tell us about your frequency of using AI services', the active layer, combining 'use it often' and 'use it sometimes', accounted for 42.1%. Looking at the results by age, teenagers were the highest, with the active layer accounting for 80% of the total at 84.0%. This was followed by 20-somethings (58%). To the question 'In what scenarios do you use AI? (Multiple answers)', 'Information gathering' was the most common, at 44.9%. By employment status, homemakers had the highest rate of using it for information gathering at 52.0%, followed by part-time workers (48.0%). Regarding how they feel about AI utilization, 52.6% of respondents, more than half, expressed positive intentions of 'wanting to actively use' or 'wanting to use it as needed'. To the question 'Do you feel AI will influence future work styles?', responses combining 'very much influence' and 'somewhat influence' accounted for more than half at 57.2%.

◾️ Observations From the results of this survey, two major trends were observed: 'the entrenchment of AI utilization' in daily life and 'the shift to digital starting from the younger generation'. In fact, the active layer using AI services daily reached 42.1% of the total, indicating that AI is no longer a special technology but is blending in as familiar life infrastructure. In particular, the teenage active layer was prominently high at 84.0%, demonstrating the advancement of utilization among the young. Considering that this 'AI-native generation' will flow into the labor market, it is inferred that the digital shift in workplaces will accelerate further. Additionally, the selection of AI as a 'means of information gathering' by groups such as homemakers (52.0%) who want to use time efficiently was also characteristic. Meanwhile, more than 57.2% of respondents stated that AI would 'influence' future work styles.
