Notice of New Executive Officer Appointment at Sharefull Inc.

Sharefull Inc., which provides the short-term part-time job app "Sharefull" under the Persol Group's vision of "Work, and Smile," is pleased to announce that Takayuki Ogita has been appointed as a new executive officer, effective April 1, 2026 (Wednesday).

◾️ Background

Sharefull Inc. operates a human resources service business, including the management of the short-term part-time job app "Sharefull," with the mission to "Expand everyone's work and create new ways of working."

In recent years, while new ways of working through short-term part-time jobs have been spreading, the importance of providing consistent support for career development beyond that has been increasing. In response to this background, our company released "Sharefull Agent" in September 2025, a service that introduces regular employment job openings and provides application support to "Sharefull" users.

Ogita led the launch of this service, promoting the construction of a new matching model that utilizes work performance and evaluation data from short-term part-time jobs, thereby creating results in career support.

With an eye toward future business expansion, we will establish a management system that enables more rapid and advanced decision-making in response to the rapidly evolving human resources market and business environment by delegating executive authority to Ogita.

【Biography】

Joined SMS Co., Ltd. (then Will One Co., Ltd.) in 2011. While engaged in marketing and recruitment, he was involved in new business development and corporate planning. He held positions as division manager in human resource recruitment, job advertising, employment events, and publishing businesses specializing in the healthcare field.

Joined Sharefull Inc. in November 2023 and was assigned to the President's Office. He launched "Sharefull Agent," which supports long-term employment for Sharefull users, and served as the business manager responsible for promoting this business. He was appointed Executive Officer in April 2026.
