Sharefull Inc. Announces Appointment of New Executive Officer

Sharefull Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Satoshi Yokoi), which provides the gig work app 'Sharefull' under the Persol Group's vision of "Work, and Smile," is pleased to announce that Takayuki Ogita has been appointed as a new Executive Officer, effective Wednesday, April 1, 2026.

◾️Background

Sharefull Inc. operates a human resources service business, including the management of the gig work app 'Sharefull,' with the mission to "Expand everyone's 'work' and create a new way of 'working'."

In recent years, while new ways of working through gig work have become widespread, the importance of providing consistent support for career development beyond that has been increasing. Against this backdrop, in September 2025, we launched 'Sharefull Agent,' a service that introduces full-time job openings to 'Sharefull' users and supports their application process.

Mr. Ogita led the launch of this service and has been promoting the construction of a new matching model that utilizes work history and evaluation data from gig work, thereby achieving results in career support.

With an eye on future business expansion, by delegating executive authority to Mr. Ogita, we will establish a management structure that enables faster and more sophisticated decision-making in response to the rapidly evolving human resources market and business environment.

【Biography】

In 2011, joined SMS Co., Ltd. (formerly Will-One Co., Ltd.). While engaged in marketing and recruitment, he was involved in new business development and corporate planning. He served as a general manager in various businesses, including recruitment, job advertising, career events, and publishing, specializing in the healthcare domain.

In November 2023, he joined Sharefull Inc. and was assigned to the President's Office. He launched 'Sharefull Agent' to support the long-term employment of Sharefull users and has been leading the business as its head. Appointed Executive Officer in April 2026.
