(Headquarters: Maebashi City, Gunma Prefecture; Representative Director: Takeo Igarashi; hereinafter "Gungin Consulting"), a group company of The Gunma Bank, Ltd., and has commenced collaboration regarding customer referrals for tourism and food service businesses in Gunma Prefecture.

Through this partnership, Sharedine will promote the introduction of "CHEFLINK," an integrated platform connecting chefs and food service businesses operated by Sharedine, utilizing the regional business network of the Gunma Bank Group. This aims to resolve labor shortages in the region and achieve sustainable development of the tourism and food service industries.

◾️Background of the Partnership

With the recovery of tourism demand and the progress of regional revitalization, the food and accommodation industries are facing severe labor shortages, especially during peak seasons. In rural areas, structural issues such as difficulty in recruitment, soaring labor costs, and lack of talent mobility are becoming prominent.

On the other hand, chefs are increasingly interested in working across regions and exploring diverse career opportunities.

"CHEFLINK" supports everything from spot assignments to full-time employment and overseas recruitment assistance, based on a network of 40,000 registered chefs*, providing new options for both food service businesses and chefs.

Through this partnership, we will promote the introduction of "CHEFLINK" to regional companies supported by Gungin Consulting and the Gunma Bank Group, and work towards building a sustainable talent acquisition model in Gunma Prefecture.

*This number of registered users is the total number of chefs registered through "CHEFLINK," "SPOT CHEF," and "SHAREDINE" provided by Sharedine.
